Meme's Cafe

Our visit to Memes Cafe was great! We came by for breakfast but realized we just missed it by a few minutes (breakfast menu ends at 11:30am). Our server Emma was lovely and very attentive and answered all of our questions. There was loads of room outside and we enjoyed the lovely weather. I had a gluten free crepe with veggies and scrambled egg inside. It was decent and I was happy to have a gf option available. It was also huge so I had the rest for lunch later. My friend had a blt with a salad and she really liked it. We didn’t have any coffee here bc they didn’t have any lattes but overall the experience was very nice!

It takes a lot for me to give a restaurant 2 stars but based on my experience here today I can't recommend this restaurant. The coffee is terrible IMHO. My friend thought so too. She liked her crepe but said it was bland. The gluten free crepe tasted like undone pastry crust, couldn't even eat most of it. I won't be back the next time I'm here, I'll go elsewhere. They did comp my meal though so that's a plus.

We had dinner here on Thursday, 7/7/2022. We went really early, at 5:00, so it wasn't packed at all and we were seated right away. Suzie was our waitress and she was on it!! Then we came back for breakfast on Friday, 7/8/2023 at 8:00 am - again, no wait. Brandi was our waitress and she rocked too! Here's what we got: - Garden Vegetable Grilled Cheese ($12): The vegetables overwhelmed this and made the bottom piece of bread soggy. There wasn't enough cheese for this to be considered a grilled cheese. I just wish it had more cheese and on both slices of bread. I wouldn't get this again and I don't recommend, but it wasn't bad. I got it with a garden salad and that was delicious! So many veggies! - Chicken, Bacon & Ranch Sandwich ($14): My husband loved this. He even said the bread was delicious! The fries, which I tried, were so crispy and tasty. - Momma's Favorite Crepe ($10): Deeeelish. - Meme’s Veggie Delight Crepe with Eggs over Medium ($13 + $2 for eggs): OMG. This was huuuuge. It was so, so good. Highly recommend. - Better with Bacon Denver Omelet ($12): My husband said it was good! The country potatoes were nice and crispy! We definitely recommend Meme's! Good food and even better prices!

The surface was fabulous. The waitress service there is unbelievably kind. They made us feel welcome right from the beginning. Love their service and IA 100% are going back. As for the food. I also thought it was very good. I like how they implemented the veggies into the potatoes. It gives it more flavor. They are well organized. Where they have everything at your table from tea to hot sauce. I so liked my waiter Savannah.

We tried this restaurant for dinner after exploring Zion. It was within walking distance from our hotel (Hampton Inn Springdale) and was delicious! I had a veggie sandwich that was so good. My husband and son had the pork Philly and the teriyaki burger that were fantastic. The little kids enjoyed their grilled chase and chicken tenders as well as the Momma's favorite crepe. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try!
