Kentucky Fried Chicken

Sept 3. 2021 Don't bother going here. Waited 45 minutes for small order. Old Wings had been broken and covered in batter, so I had OLD BROKEN PIECES OF WINGS AND CUT-UP BONES imbedded in my wings. Could have had one stuck in my throat. Pieces of bone....... Lawsuit??? Called right away to talk with manager. Was told Manager Gerald could not come to phone, but would give refund tomorrow. Next day called, and Gerald is off today, but we have another manager today. So, showed the mess to the now girl manager, she said no Gerald here. She asked what I had done to wings when I got home to to make them like that. Really?????? Yeh, I broke them up so I could get a refund. I guess the burden of proof was on me. Asked for money back and she asked for receipt, which I never got, so she wouldn't give refund because it was against company policy. What?? Asked for owner's phone number and company number to no avail. Very condescending no name girl!!! Health Department will hear about this, as will Corporate. Franchise owner needs to do something with this mess.

I ordered through the mobile app. Selected extra crispy. Apparently they did not have enough and had already shut the fryers down 2 hours before closing. Took almost an hour to get my order. Next time I will just go to Popeyes. The incompetent staff at this location is something else. Can't believe this location is still open.

AVOID / Do not pay online! ordered online takeout for weekend family event with the large family pack three weeks ago. Upon arrival was told they were completely out of chicken and would have to request a refund myself. Went through the process to request a refund and after several attempts have given up.. please learn from my mistake and never order online / go with Popeyes. There was nothing staff at this location could do, and it is understandable the supply chain issues. Corporate should have refunded me in full / made things right or at least contact me but none of this was done. NEVER PAY ONLINE!

Don't go here for evening service. I don't know about the day crew but at night it's just a bunch of teenagers not being managed. They are rude and very unprofessional. Took 10 minutes to place an order at the drive thru even tho I was the only car on the lot. Got home and was missing a large side item. Tried to call over and over but the refuse to answer. Will be reporting then to corporate ( not sure that will do anything). Seems KFC has gone down hill the last couple of years.
