Whataburger

I'm originally from Texas home of Whataburger. When I heard Whataburger was coming to NWA I was excited but hesitant if they were bringing the same quality and goodness I grew up with. Surpassed my expectation ! So Dezhia took my order I expressed to her a well cooked/ crispy tortilla, (the only way to go) . It was perfect ! Cook did an amazing job . Credit to Management for having a great staff . Keep up the great work Dezhia . Awesome breakfast can't wait to come back. PS I hope I didn't misspelled your name too bad if I did ....lol Thanks Ruben Medina

It's is 8:10 PM. We have been sitting in the drive thru since we ordered (and paid) at 7:22 PM. This is absolutely ridiculous. Cannot even report on the food because we HAVENT MOVED in line. #avoid Update. Got our food at 8:24 PM. The guy bringing the food was kind of a smart-a**. Best part? My order was the wrong food, they forgot my husband's bacon and everything was cold. We'd asked for ketchup when we ordered at the speaker, and they didn't bring it with the food. I asked for some and the guy went back in and got it. Then he literally threw it in the car, hit my husband in the chest with the bag and never missed a step moving on the the next car. Won't be back.

We placed our order online, to eat in, as soon as possible. It was to be ready 6:27-6:29 pm. We arrived about 6:20 and provided our name and waited. At 6:47 pm, I patiently inquired and was told they didn’t know I was there. Remember…I checked in by name at arrival. Food was found to be on a shelf near the to go window, declining in quality by the minute. We didn’t receive a coupon for a free meal or even an apology. They were out of napkins so I was offered 3 squares of bathroom towel. Somebody tell them they can buy napkins down the street at Casey’s. We won’t be returning.

The food here is always hot and really good! The staff is nice. They always get our order right. I normally get my burger dry just because I like to add my own ketchup. The spicy chicken sandwich is really good and spicy! I love how each order is put in it's own bag. The drinks the combos come with is awesome!!! They are so big. All and all a good place to eat and the bang for your buck will go far here. If you go early in the morning, I recommend getting a bacon, egg, and cheese taquito. It's soooooo good!!

This is the best establishment to exist! The staffing is the friendliest even though they are so understaffed. During rushes they do get swamped due to their quality of food so you may have to wait but it’s worth it unless your inpatient and just looking to complain about a line for good food like Jennifer Matthew’s🤷🏽‍♂️
