Rude staff and management. Unable to provide basics like drinks. Staff not wearing masks in the kitchen. Had an issue and supervisor wouldn’t even talk to me. Worst noodles and company in town! Update: Instead of saying hey we would like to chat with you to find out what is going on in our restaurant, I was asked to fill out a survey. Here is your survey, your restaurant is the pits, and I have reported it to the health department!

I placed my order (#853872072) @ 10:56AM arrived at 11:13AM and was told my order was not in the system. The gentleman working behind the front count after showing him my online receipt he walked away. I stood there thinking he was going to take care of expediting it, he then grabbed a spatula from one of the worked in the back and walked away again, he then pointing the spatula at me from the back said something again about my order not in the system, at that point I said cancel my order. What really seems odd was my CC was refunded before I could turn and walk out of the building. The most disturbing part of the entire interaction was I was being talked to as though this was somehow my fault. This was my first and most likely last experience with Noodles & Co. Amendment….Noodle and Co. Guest relation dept (Molly) reached out to me to offer a gift card, which I did accept. I will not be using at this location as I feel the customer service break down is not a one off problem at this location.
