Ribcrib Bbq

Rib Crib in Springdale is under new management. Everyone that works there is so awesome. We got a to go order and everything was great as usual. But everyone that passed us at the check out counter stopped and asked if we were being helped. I can't say enough great things about this place. If you have a bad review, then there is something wrong. They have always been great. Here is some signature of some of their new employees. Check it out Razorback Nation

Updating my review from 3 yrs ago...the service has definitely gone way down or they have hired people who don't really care. Ended up getting a refill once the whole time we were there and not even from our server. Only saw her again once she brought the check. Food was decent but it's definitely been better. Probably won't be going back for a long while.

Before I start my own review, I heard the RibCrib in Alma has better food - I've never been there, though. This Springdale location has low grade food, but the wait staff are nice and accommodating. The main entrees are presented in a pleasant manner, but the dessert presentation is very sloppy and doesn't look like the menu. Notably, the potato salad, BBQ sauce, and sliced chicken breast are awful! The sliced brisket and green beans were edible but low grade. The onions rings look nice, but I didn't taste them. The kids menu french fries look horrible - heavily seasoned - and my 5 year old only ate a single bite, which must have been disappointing because she loves french fries. The bill was $$, so please be very wary of going to this place if you want good BBQ and fixings.
