Good chicken. Not everything needs to be chickfilla style. While not the cleanest it was still acceptable. They bring your food out quickly.

Update: I'm happy that I gave Zaxby's another try! The manager Candace made sure that my experience was better than the last. The food was hot, fresh and delicious! And the staff was really nice.
I'll definitely be returning with family and friends.

I haven't been to Zaxby's in over 6 months and now I remember why. The food was not fresh and had very small portions. I ordered 2 of the 5 piece boneless wings. They were hard and dry. I would have returned then but I live 20 minutes away and my children were hungry. This is the 2nd location that has provided me with an unsatisfactory experience. It seems as if the quality overall amhas diminished.

I am a bit obsessed with the loaded fries. And their cobb salad as well as fried pickles are my 3 dishes from Zaxby's. Although, the service is subpar, I pray my food is not compromised.

First time trying Zaxby's. I received good customer service at the drive thru. The only issue is that the order took too long. I had the chicken tenders with fries, 2 kid meals and they were good. I will give them another chance

Great chicken just at night the place looks closed not enough lighting,me and my wife came to the store around 8:00 pm looked dark on inside and out.
Asked the guy at the drive thru speaker if they were closed,even the menu sign was dark.
I don't know if it was just a problem with lighting that night or if it's been that way.Been there during the day much better experience and still the same great chicken fingers.

Definitely worth it! I’d give Zaxby’s 10 stars if possible maybe more. I just catered my baby shower this past weekend and ordered over 100 tenders and 50 wings. My chicken was fresh and flavorful, my fries were perfectly crisp and stayed warm enough for my guest to enjoy with the perfect amount of season. I received all my sauces and utensils, and thanks to the service I received it was on time right when I asked for! 10/10 would do it again and recommended them to everyone who asked what I catered today!

Fitst time to this location; Drive Thru was pretty quick. Staffers were nice. Enjoyed the wings and fries. Consistent good quality that we expect from Zaxby's! Hope to come back and eat in!
