Alma Latina Taqueria

First time here, and I highly recommend the Birria tacos. That’s why I showed up. I did not realize that unless you ask for quesabirrias that the cheese is not included. All good- still delicious and filling. I will return soon and add the “queso.” These are big tacos- I was very pleased. I ordered a margarita and the nice waitress, Silvia, brought me a large- no complaints.

If Mexican food is your jam then this place is a great, authentic option. The queso is a bit pricey but it's good and the guac is on point perfect. I'd rank the salsa at 8/10. You can tell it's fresh and they make it there. The only reason it's not a full ten for me is because I like my salsa a little more chunky. Theirs is a bit watery but it's got pretty great flavor. One other *small* ding is that they get real stingy with the green and red sauce mini ramekins for to-go orders. Both are delish. But they don't want to share em lol. Btw, careful, y'all, that red sauce is spicy 🔥🔥🔥 but that flavor is dang good! The green sauce is more mild and has great flavor as well. I prefer the Al pastor tacos but I've tried many menu items and everything has been very well made, seasoned, and presented. Well done, Alma Latina! I love your restaurant and will continue visiting for my random taco fixes!
