Little Caesars

I got 1 pep one cheese hot and ready. I had to wait for the pep to come out which wasn't a big deal but when I got home and opened the boxes I discovered both pizzas were over cooked/slightly burned. Also the pepperoni was on the thin crust not the original. I will NOT be coming back to this location

Ordered online and was told order would be ready in 15min 6:45pm....it is currently 7:30 and our order is still not ready....we ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and 2 wings....when we got here there were only two people in the store...now there ard over a dozen...wsiting on orders...poor staffing...poor customer servic

Don’t waste your money and time in that place, 35min wait for this and the wrong chicken wings. They were lucky I find out when I got home otherwise it’ll be a different story. I will never go back to that store, my wife is pregnant and she was graving chicken wings to realize they gave me spicy chicken wings when I got home😡😡. Never again.

Normally I don't review on things like this but the app didn't give me an option to review so here we are. This store has a reputation for long waiting times. I waited 45 minutes from time of order for 1 thin crust half pepperoni and half cheese and an order of crazy bread. I worked pizza for 7 years so I understood and wasn't too upset about waiting but the woman who said she'd help me instead went outside to smoke and I had to wait longer. Then I got home and ended up with the wrong pizza. I don't have the time or ability to go and return it and wait again. I'm just shocked a simple pizza got made incorrectly and I paid extra for a pizza that I didn't even receive.
