Ordered a pizza and it was being delivered by DoorDash. The driver never showed up so I called and Ash was apologetic and he resolved my issue. I’m really happy he was willing to help me out

My children enjoy being a part of the Book It! Program. They enjoy their pan pizzas from here. We ordered bread sticks with them they were not fresh. Customer service was very friendly, let me know the status of my order quickly and showed concern about my hands being full offered a bag. We will try again hoping the bread sticks will be fresh next time.

Can’t go wrong with Pizza Hut. This location is for pick up only and the drive thru is great!
Edit: I made an online order at around 4m but then got tied u and couldn't leave until after 6 to pick it up. I called to let them know I was still coming. When I got there they had made a fresh pizza for me. Great service, which is really deserving of a second stand-alone review from me. I wish I could give you guys 5 stars again!
