Store is located in a neighborhood that constantly has to deal with a large population of homelessness and this store uses loud speakers to blast opera music through out the night in an attempt to keep the homeless from loitering. I feel there are better solutions than irritating the homeless and the local homeowners with loud music. Please find an alternative which takes the residents into consideration.

Avoid always!! Place is horrible, disgusting, and a health hazard. They are not practicing the social distancing rules. Allowing too many people in the store at once. Cash registers are too close together so the guy with the cough can give it to you while your paying. Horrible. Go to the place down the street. Much cleaner and safer. Not to mention the parking lot trolls either. Holy smokes!! .

I feel the need to write a review because two separate incidents happened, and I visit this 711 everyday. The other day my sister was "banned" from the store because she was waiting to be picked up at the end of their parking lot. She said the lady came out yelling telling her she couldn't stand there. Then I come today to refill my drink and with the change get quarters. I had already put my bag away and happened to be 10¢ short, so I grab 10¢ from the penny spot. She then proceeded to tell me that that change was not for me and for customers only, I then tell her I come everyday and just purchased something. I ended up going into my bag. The customer service at this location is horrible. I've read the other reviews and they say the same thing. The service at the 711 down the street is amazing and I will be going to that instead.
