Hardee's

It took over 23 minutes to receive my order. All I ordered was a Frisco and a sausage and egg biscuit. Why call it “fast food” if it takes longer to receive a very simple, two item order than it takes to receive a meal at a non-fast-food restaurant? It wasn’t a matter of being busy, as they seem to be skipping over several customers to focus on only preparing a few specific food items at a time for stretches of time exceeding 20 minutes. Perhaps this place should consider a manager with better training on how to delegate tasks more effectively.

Horrible customer service, rude and very hostile when I gave my order. Yeah I ordered 20 sausage egg and cheese biscuits but it took 30min to get. I seen all these other people come and go but my order wasn't being worked. I remained polite the whole time I was there because I understood it was a larger then normal order but it wasn't to large they couldn't have done in half the time. A normal size family or even a group of coworkers will get 10 burgers/biscuits at a time.

Hardee's Manager yesterday, made my food with no problem. I haven't been to the Spring Lake Hardee's since my husband was living, well over 6 years ago!!! I ordered my favorite 😁 food, 6$ box , double cheeseburger add mayo, hotdog all the way, and my favorite fries. It would be very nice to substitute the cookie for an apple pie!!! Thank you! To add, I am a proud Christian. I will face and suffer for my Lord and his name is Gods' Only Begotten Son,. Christ Jesus!!! Native Indian also, standing in the Gap with prayer for all of North Carolina and surrounding areas. Period.

i been going to this Hardees at least 5 different times for either breakfast or lunch within the past two weeks and every time they get my order wrong. what makes matters worse is they read your order back to you and its on the screen and they either forget to omit a condiment or gove you the wrong size or drink. Also i have been asked to pull up to the curb and there are no cars in front or behind me and would have to wait for almost 10-15 minutes for my order and i see the workers inside laughing and joking around and no long line inside. Last i checked this is supposed to be fast food not take your time and still get the order wrong. Dont waste your time going to this one find another one.

Sometimes the bathrooms are messy. Thanks to the customers, I personally don't want my food service people to clean bathrooms and serve food. So either we, the customer check ourselves and maybe the franchise can see to having a designated janitor for each sift. Will only post the good pictures, so stay tuned
