Subway

Horrible experience. If i could give zero stars, i would. We ordered platters for a pool party. They ask for 24 hours notice. We gave 3 days advance. We went in to pick up the order one hour AFTER the scheduled pick up time. The employee had a nasty attitude and just flat out said they were not going to make our order and that we would receive a refund. We were given no notice that the order wasn’t going to be made and the employee was cussing at my sixteen year old daughter, who was the one picking up the order. The staff members at this location are lazy people with bad attitudes. Save yourself the hassle and take your business where it’s deserved. I hope the owner gets a handle on their “employees”.

Let me just start of by saying wow. My first bad review I’ve ever given. We went into subway for a few sandwiches but settled on chocolate milk and apples because the employees kept touching their faces and hair with gloves on while making others food. Gross. We were there for 35 mins.... walked in, no greeting, which was fine they were hard at work (2 people guy and girl) there were three people ahead of us. One man went through no problem. Next lady they messed up her order so they had to fix it but neither of them could figure out the computer. So while they remade her sandwich the next guy went through and he checked out. I step up to the counter and no one makes eye contact, they ignore us. They continued to converse with themselves over the computer issues. So we waited patiently. 15 mins later....still no “hey we’re having issue sit my be a minute, or hey sorry for your wait” no nothing. Mind you it’s just us and the lady they messed up get order. So we decided to leave and just get food from in Walmart. Not the subway cleanliness or customer service were used to.

The "sandwich Artist" was very sloppy. I think they were closing even tho it was about 2 hrs before closing time. She came across as being annoyed that we were there while they were trying to clean up. I purchased a footlong and some other things...and she cut the sandwhiches all crazy and just flopped it on our tray everything fell off. Waste of 22$ ...

Why I’m only giving this subway the rating I’m giving it is for these reasons one the girl gave me the wrong bread I asked for wheat she give me multi grain and she grabs it and put my sweet onions chicken and cheese on with her bare hands. And there soda machine down and all they have is tea and I know how fuze sweet tea suppose to taste and when I tell her about it cause it taste bad the unsweetened tea and the sweet tea taste alike and all she do is point a the packs of sweetener and tell me she can’t put in any more sugar I really hope they corrected it soon
