Even though the subs are way overpriced, I still keep going. The food is great. The customer service is always fast but not always friendly per say. Either extremely friendly or bland. Never rude so I'll take it as long as the subs stay good.

Wanted to take my father to lunch while we were having an outing. He wanted to go here .. I agreed ! It was clean & friendly staff.Then to see our subs being made! Then the older man who made our subs picked it up to “ show how great it was “ and then boxed it up. He wasn’t wearing any gloves !! We took our order and left. We couldn’t eat it. Not sure if the gentleman washed his hands or not. I know her had sweat dripping off his forehead !! Just disgusting!

Little girl at register had the personality of a dang zit! The worst experience I have ever had at firehouse. Staff seems unhappy, location looked super dirty too. Won't be back to this location.

Fresh food! Friendly Staff! Made our Pastrami & Corned Beef and Smoked Brisket sandwiches perfect! Firehouse shop was exceptionally clean and brightly lit! These Seniors will be back!

Used to love this location but it's gone downhill over the past several months. Drinks that aren't in the dispenser, no napkins or lids out, ask for certain toppings and don't get them, and the quality of how the sandwiches are made has gone from being really well done to halfway.

Leaves food out of bag. Will not answer the phone. Takes phone off hook. This is Monday 5-12. I want my brownie you owe me.
