Do not go here! We were so disappointed in our visit today! First off the lady working this morning was rude and rushed us when no one else was even waiting. Plus the place is a complete wreck inside. We ordered 2 dozen donuts. Then at checkout we find out that each dozen is $26.00 😳 I’m sorry but unless we are on vacation in a high tourism place that pricing is insane! It was $57.00 after tax for 2 dozen donuts. Then we get home and they are in terrible shape— smashed in the box, like the other reviews say the icing has a strong chemical taste, the oil they fry them in has gone bad and leaves a gross after taste in your mouth. I did call bad to ask how much a dozen donuts is because I thought maybe I was accidentally doubt charged the lady answer and when I asked her how much a dozen donuts is she just shouted “we are open, you come in” and hung up on me. I mean this whole experience just was awful! Take your money somewhere else for donuts.

Donuts were okay but nothing special. What got me is that they charge $3.50 per donut. 1 Filled long John, 1 Bavarian Crème, and 1 Old Fashioned donut with pink frosting rung up around $11. For these prices, 5 Daughters donuts in Franklin is a better option.

I go to donut Palace two times every month for a nice weekend snack for my kids. I have never had a bad experience with either the service, quality, or flavor of donuts. Seems like there are some people trying to pass around false claims in their reviews.

Very unsanitary, could barely understand the woman at the counter and there was bugs all over the food and drinks. Very unorganized. But after all of that, i got my donut and it was vile, i got a few donuts. They are also extremely overpriced. My friend and i had the donuts, we were sick for the next 2 days. Do not eat here unless u want to be sick!

Over $60 for 2 dozen basic donuts...glazed, old-fashioned, frosted with sprinkles....nothing large or fancy. Total rip off...never going here again....stay away

$85 for 2 pigs in the blanket a dozen doughnuts 2 bear claws 1 cinnamon roll!! Waste if money! this place was once awesome! Everything was light and fluffy or flakey and all fresh the doughnuts have a weird whang or aftertaste like the grease is very very old or something. The doughnuts are no longer light and flakey they're thick and greasy or not done all the way through. The people that own it are very nice and talkative. But that doesn't make up for it! It'll be another 6 months before I come back
