China Town

I absolutely LOVE Chinatown. They are very accommodating to my personal likes and dislikes and happily make changes I ask for in a dish. The prices are reasonable and the food always tastes fresh and yummy. I have tried others in the area but always come back here for my Chinese food. I highly recommend this restaurant for takeout or delivery.

I usually get this place and I get the chicken chow mein fun and I like it. However I ordered it today and it straight up tasted and smelled liked shrimp. I had someone else taste it without telling them what I thought it was and they swore it was like they got shrimp. I called them back to see if they could make me a new one or anything and they refused to make me a new one, swearing nothing was wrong and everything. The lady answering phones wouldn't even listen to me and was rude. So now I just paid $17 to be completely let down because I'm hungry and not about to lose out on my entire dinner because they refuse to make me a new one and are making me return the dish if I want a refund. I would understand but I even asked if they could make me a new flavor then and it was no. Completely over the whole situation. Would no longer recommend.

My first (will be the only) time ordering from them, it took over 2 hours for delivery and not a word from them. Their phone just rings away. The food arrived, not fresh and nothing spectacular. Sometimes all it takes is a call letting the customer know things are backed up. There's no excuse for such bad service.

We have ordered from here before without any issues. The one time we had an issue, it blew up. My husband and I both got ill from the food, and they refused to help us. Three different people called us on our home phone, and gave us varying accounts of what we should do. We had the rest of the food; all we wanted was a refund for the food that made us sick. It turned into a huge ordeal, and they were not willing to make it right.

Took the wife there and she said the food tasted a little funny. It tasted fine to me only an hour later I had some indigestion but the wife was sick in the bathroom right after she ate. When I brought the food back they didn't want to talk to me and shooed me out the door with a 20% coupon. They didn't even bother to make it right. I'm looking for a new place near Spring Hill Blvd., any suggestions?

One star is too many but it woulnt let me continue without clicking something.....TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! The last 2 times we ordered for a delivery, it took almost 2 HOURS to get it. Not tonight. Food was ordered at 6, called them at 7:25 and was told it's on the way, and at 7:53 they showed up. Sorry, NOT ACCEPTABLE. ...not even a COURTESY CALL to say hey, we're running behind. So we sent the poor delivery guy away and called to tell them we wouldn't accept it and the Owner just hung up! Obviously he has NO BUSINESS SENSE AT ALL! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!

Worst chinese I've had in town. Wonton soup was like watered down chicken broth. Crab Rangoon was all cream cheese. I ordered chow mein and it came with no noodles, they claimed it's not supposed to have noodles but I'm pretty sure it does... the food in general was just bland, I've had better chinese at the mall. I love chinese food but this place was extremely disappointing. Never again
