Best burgers in our county. 2 for 1 specials at the bar all day every day. Our server Kayla was very attentive and checked on us often. We love coming here. Only wish they still had to po'boy on the menu but the burgers more than make up for that. This is our favorite weekend lunch date spot.

We decided to try a new place today. I am glad we did. Large portions, delicious, wide variety menu. I'm just sad I did not have room for desert. The service was friendly and attentive. This is a sports bar and grill atmosphere. Can't wait to eat here again.

Where to start! The service we received from Kate was phenomenal. She’s very out going, professional, and knows the menu like the back of her hand. The food was amazing as always! I would definitely recommend ordering the scooter dessert!! It will definitely top off your meal! GATORS DOCKSIDE is total legitness!

My friends and I love Gator's Dockside in Spring Hill. Everyone there is so welcoming and attentive. It is obvious they place an emphasis on great customer service. John Kersnowsky is especially wonderful. He always makes it a point to stop by our table to say Hi and thank us for coming in to dine. I have to say all of the managers and wait staff make it a point to get to know their customers and what they like. Kristina and Hannah are two of our favorite bartenders in Hernando County. I highly recommend eating at Gator's!

Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, shrimp bowl, and combo platter appetizer. Very tasty and satisfying. This Gator's location has been consistently good. The staff are quite attentive. Highly recommended.

Paige, who works at Gator's Dockside in Spring Hill is an excellent waitress. She's very respectful, professional and has a great personality. She's an asset to the restaurant with her good work ethic. The restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere and the menu there has quite a variety of very good meals.

We had two for one draft beers and margaritas, gator bites, wings and an ultimate rib platter it was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be coming back I highly recommend the hot garlic wings and our personal favorite gators own hot sauce was amazing ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Kayla was phenomenal and the manager was super nice.
