Subway

I work customer service as well and I've also seen the customers these individuals get in their Subway.. I can totally Understand why they might snap from time to time. Most of the customers treat them terribly call them names and make it a horrible situation to work under, and everyone wants a free sandwich 🥪

The guy today took a DoorDash order that was on track to be four minutes late and made the sandwich so fast it was early again. I forgot to look at his name, but he was the morning guy 11/24/20 and said he'd been there since 5am. That's uncommon skill for a store in the plaza. I tipped him a dollar for it and wish I wasn't broke so I could afford to give him a $5. He deserved it.

Perfect example of bad customer service. I work in customer services. No reason for being treated like that. The employee was very rude. I came in 2 days in a row. Same sower expression both times. Even the lead came out and snapped at me when her sandwich maker was getting frustrated cause I asked her a question. I was so uncomfortable. They made me feel like I had walked in to some random persons house, and asked a mother and daughter to make me a sandwich. Has if I had no business there or something. Terrible customer experience. I'll probably never go back again. Unless it's to show someone how bad the customer service is lol

There were slow wanted five minutes and acted like they didn't Know what they were doing. I asked for a meatball sub when she was done she set it there I asked for a bag and she acted like it was a inconvenience then made me but my sub I myself. I don't think I will return terrible coustomer service.
