Tamarack Public House

I can highly recommend Tamarack Event Center. My brother had his wedding there and it was perfect for the occasion. I was involved with the set up and decorating and Teresa was delightful and easy to work with. The staff was fun, efficient and professional. The food was excellent. It is evident Teresa and Leo have put their heart and Soul into Tamarack and it shows both in the beautiful surroundings and atmosphere.

We with friends parked right next to this small Pub to walk up the street to taste at Helix, then checked the menu as we were heading off to find dinner, and decided to stay as the patio looked nice. Young man that helped us was a delight... made our evening fun! Had burgers and a BLT, also the Brats app ... all were tasty and well prepared! LOVED the coleslaw! Beers and an old-fashioned were great. Weather was very warm that evening but the patio was nicely cool. Enjoyable light dinner.

Great spot! We we're there for dinner on a Friday night. It was so delicious. The pub Mac and cheese was some of the best I have had. Their side salads are actually a good size, they don't skimp. Staff was wonderful. I was jealous of the nachos others in our group shared as their main meal. So good and they were able to get full sharing! One had the burger, which was also recommended. Definitely want to go back!

Love this place! I've been here in Spokane over a year now and keep coming back to good ol Tamarack. It's kept up really nice and everything is always so clean and orderly, and the quality of food is great! Plus the owners are so friendly, it's a family-run business and they take the time to get to know you, which I definitely appreciate. Service isn't always the fastest because of this so maybe don't come here when you're in a hurry. Also, they are sometimes (more often than other businesses) closed for private parties, so you might want to double check to make sure they're open. The beer, cocktail, and food selection is great, I particularly like the salmon sliders--how salmon is supposed to be! Convenient location near the Knitting Factory and Fox Theater if you're going to a show. And it's in a beautiful old restored building. Good job Tamarack.

I have organized three private corporate parties at Tamarack Public House over the last eighteen months. The owners, Leo and Teresa Gonder, are wonderful to work with, highly knowledgeable, professional and just overall nice people. They go above and beyond to make sure we are pleased, but most important, our guests are pleased. I also have to praise the staff who always greet me with a smile and a prompt, pleasant attitude. They offer an extensive craft beer and cocktail selection that compliment the fresh farm-to-table menu options. I could write all day about the beautiful atmosphere. They have put a lot of time and attention into that location and it shows! They did a beautiful job restoring the building. It has a cool, chic aesthetic that is still elegant enough for corporate mixers. The spacious multi-level floor plan can accommodate multiple events, which I have seen them manage seamlessly. Our preference is the Loft for the privacy it offers our guests. I really appreciate knowing that when we host private parties at their venue, it will turn out wonderful. Extremely underrated gem in spokane! With the best burger I’ve ever had in my entire life! Every single time I come here I always get the same thing that’s because it is the absolute best burger I have had in my entire life. They use very high-quality hand pressed Wagyu beef! And some of the most freshest ingredients I have ever had on a burger! Personally I recommend the Tamarack burger! I have tried many burgers at the majority of the pubs and restaurants I’ve ever been to and this one is still the absolute best! Very well cooked, extremely fresh ingredients and picture perfect presentation. I have no personal connection to this restaurant I just love their food and it is very underrated. Very nice staff and a very cool looking brick, exposed steel and wood building! Very urban! The prices are not bad at all. If you’re in Spokane Washington you must eat here!
