We normally love Cinnabon, but had a very disappointing experience today. At the Northtown Mall in Spokane, WA we were going to finish off our date night by sharing one of their giant cinnamon rolls. While the gal at the counter is finishing up serving the couple in front of us, the other gal I'm assuming was the shift manager with short hair and ear buds in her ears starts turning off all the lights and throwing away trays full of perfectly good food all the while completely ignoring us. We ask if we're too late and the gal at the counter says, "well we can't serve you that stuff (pointing to the trays the other gal is continuing to throw away) but you can buy these prepackaged boxes" which contain 4 COLD cinnamon rolls. We said "no thanks" and drove to McDonald's and gave THEM our business. Sad they lost money over a 1 minute difference.

Third time in a row the dough was still raw. Staff is nice so I’d change my rating if they just start baking the stuff all the way. But I’m sick of throwing away money and I’m not going to eat raw cinnamon rolls.

24$ for 4 regular rolls. They were completely hard around the entire outside of each one. Heating up didn't help. Had to remove it which is like half of each roll. Disappointing.

They have the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had and they are very big. It's my favorite once in awhile treat. I would say it's a 5 star but there prices are high compared to like a cinnamon roll at a coffee stand or at a grocery store. So it's a great once in awhile to treat.

Received horrible food promised replacement and employees would not own up so even worse service. Severely disappointed advise others do not waste time or money just another big company not caring overall about product.

Haven't been to a Cinnabon in years. Forgot how 'to die for' it is. The staff was very kind and friendly also. Great experience and very delicious!
