They've literally never messed up my order, with probably one or two exceptions. Most of their food is great, even if I generally don't get very flavorful food. I've even got other people's opinion about this place, and most say that the service is great and the food is well serve. I will say, as I eat fresh and warm chicken nuggets straight from this location, that this is the greatest place you can visit for food.

I’ve always loved this Wendy’s. Staff are always super friendly and they do take pride in their cleanliness which I appreciate. The last few times though I’ve been there my fries were frozen. I went back to get new ones and the manager laughed and said the staff didn’t know what they were doing which I thought is was funny. She made it up to us by redoing our order and giving all my kids ice cream. Manager was cool and fun, but should be more strict on her employees to do their job correctly.

Honeslty, Wendy's has to be my favorite fast food restaurant. This location is always fairly quick and friendly. My only complaint is that I have yet to experience these "hot, crispy" fries I keep hearing so much about. Alas, maybe some day...

I thought $5 for a kid meal was a bit high, but when I saw the quality toy that was included and the delight on my granddaughter's face, it was definitely worth it. Considering we ordered during peak lunch hour, the service was pretty good! And friendly too!

While the food is always good, the evening crew is super slow. I watched a guy spend 2 minutes making one sandwich while throwing food at another employee. The people in front of me spent approximately 6 minutes ordering. Typically the service here is great, but not today.

Good food. Terrible location. Was asked for money by a homeless man while eating. Another homeless person was screaming inside. No one asked them to leave. Counter and cook staff were great. Manager even greeted and held the door for me. Will come back as a drive through guest for sure

Do not eat here. Love Wendy's but this one is so mismanaged. Slowest service in Spokane. Slow moving people, no one cares. The manager was slow and joking. Meanwhile 12+ cars in the drive through. Went inside and waited 2 minutes for someone to even get to the register. Then, waited for 10 minutes and was served BEFORE 2 other groups waiting ahead of me.
