The front counter staff is pleasant and quick until you have a complaint and then its all attitude. They give you food that is inedible, DQ is not a cheap place to eat and when to get cheese curds so burnt they are literally black and chicken strips that are cooked so long they are shriveled up and the chicken is so dry you would choke if you ate it. But you're told no one there is authorized to do refunds fully knowing there is a shift manager for every shift and they are just refusing to refund you for their mistakes.

Sold out of every single fall blizzard flavor. Proper planning prevents poor performance. Long line in drive through, backed up slow moving. The drive through speaker is insanely loud - you can hear it over at other buildings on the strip while people order. Parking lot and drive through lanes need attention/swept - lots of trash everywhere. Drive through attendant was borderline rude. If your out of ALL flavors of something - lead with that it's not hard: Hello welcome to DQ we're currently out of all fall blizzard flavors. How may I help you today? Could have saved a solid 5 minutes attempting to order if they let us know from the start they were sold out. Over a 30 minute wait from ORDER to getting your food. This is not fast food, be prepared to wait.

As a birthday treat, my husband and I stopped by DQ for a little ice cream. The drive thru was great, employees very attentive and friendly. We had a medium cookie dough blizzard and a peanut buster parfait. Tasted great and brought back memories from when we were kids. If you haven't been to a QD in a while, go ahead and get nostalgic for something really good! Oh, don't forget they have burgers, chicken and hot dogs too!
