My first time at SubWay in a few years to be honest and it was a very good experience. I really enjoyed my steak and cheese foot long. It was early so only 2 employees were present and both were very friendly. The dinning area was clean as well as the bathrooms.

I put in a online order for 2:05 on 5/5/22 and I asked for them to toast my sandwich a little extra bc I don’t like the texture of the bread uncooked and they did toast my bread at all the my sandwich started to spit two bites in I am very disappointed be my sandwich was ready on time

Tried to go here a few times after work and have been ignored every time. I mean completely ignored. people behind me will be asked for their order. This is the only place this happens firehouses is better anyway

If I had an option to rate zero I would definitely do that.Just been out of subway rn and asked for veggie patty me being a veg they said they don’t have it.Everytime I made a visit over there they never have veggie patty.Two girls working today on this shift rn.
If I see other black lady she’s the nicest one I guess and she’s been long on Subway too.She goes inside and always gets it for me.How come she gets it for me always and these ladies working rn never does.And their sweet tea they don’t know how to make them.

We ordered online and went to pick up our order, but the order never went through the system. So they made us REORDER, causing us have to pay twice. The worker kindly contacted the manager and manager said there was nothing could do, however it doesn’t make sense to have us pay a retail price of $12 twice ($24 total), rather than the manager/company eat the cost of like $4 once.
They said they’d refund us IF the order goes through, but the system error is not our fault. Why not comp the sandwiches and IF the order goes through, they get the payment...?

Employees were nice and food seemed good. But after a trip to the restroom, and seeing the conditions, so very disgusting, makes me wonder what the cleanliness is like with food prep/kitchen. Toilet and sink were beyond disgusting. Obviously never wiped down or cleaned, for months at least. Port a potties in a festival are cleaner than this restroom. It should be condemned. I can only imagine how much bacteria i consumed due to lack of cleanliness.
