Love the pizza but they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. So you have to go there and wait. We went today and as normal no one would answer. We get there and I was told it would be an hour or longer because there was no one there that can make a pizza. I live 30 minutes away so wasted gas and time for nothing.

We used to love there pizza but I order online and when i went to pick my pizza up they already closed early, so I called the next day to explain and the lady hung up on me so than I drove there and they would not give me a refund on my order. If they decide to close early they should make it where you can’t order online than. And not giving me a refund it is ridiculous, so since I wasn’t getting my money back I got them to make my pizza and it was so undercooked and disgusting.

Pizza was good, I just can't get them to answer the phone. Twice recently, no one would answer and I called multiple times. This time it cost me money. Said it was too late to order a pizza. So I had to order 4 slices which was $18 and change. A whole pizza is much cheaper. If they would have answered when I called this would have never happened.

Not too surprised about having to leave this review after seeing other reviews! Their pizza is OK, But I'm there at closing time! And they have quite a few pizza and food left over and I have did this in the past and with other restaurants where I buy their food at a significant discount to take to homeless shelter. Some restaurants have even donated food but I never ask that! I offered to buy the rest of what they had which would have bid the homeless, And all I asked was to pay half price since I was taking the rest of what they had! I was told by the manager that they could not discount it anymore that they had to throw in a way. That's a shame that they would rather throw the food away than to help feed the homeless especially when I was willing to pay out of my pocket, was not asking them to give me the food. And they were shutting down the register so no one else to buy it! I called Home Office in the past and they told me the store should do that to, but it was at their discretion! I would recommend not patronizing Such franchise that has those kind of ethics
