Amazing salads and snow cones! I’ve been coming here since I was 10 and I love seeing all of the new menu items they’ve added over time. The chicken from the salad bar was very good and I will be back very soon.

So happy to have stumbled across this place! Was passing through town and stopped in for a salad & sno cone. The salad bar was fresh, clean, and looked like everything had just been prepared. The chicken salad was especially delicious. Loved the variety of crunchy toppings, too. Would love to see them offer house-made dressings but that’s a lot of work and prep, so I totally get the convenience of using Ken’s packets. Still delicious!
The sno cone selection was massive and I kept it simple, but would definitely try something more adventurous next time. The owners were so sweet and welcoming. So happy a place like this exists offering fresh & nourishing food!

Quick and easy lunch spot with a wonderful selection of salad toppings. The building has a small dining area and friendly staff that greats you warmly upon entering. To top of off they have Taco Tuesday where you can make a taco salad!

Great little lunch stop in town. The salad bar is the best you can get in Sparta and the paninis are pretty good too. The girl at the counter was very friendly and I'm eager to come back on a Taco Tuesday. Didn't try any shaved ice, but I'm definitely going to once it warms up.

Love this place very good sno cones and they have a variety of flavors. My personal favorite is peaches and cream.
