Round Table Pizza

I've been coming here my whole life and I've never had a problem here until now. I called to see if the dinning room was open. The woman who answered said yes and to come on in. So I arrived and was greeted by the manager I asked about the specials he asked if I was dinning in I said yes then proceeded to say that I should of made a reservation before coming in. I told him that I had called earlier and before I could say anything else he cut me off saying that he can see that there are no reservations. I told him okay well I had called earlier and interrupted me again and said that he wasn't mad about it. I'm like look I called earlier and had spoken to a woman and she had said to come on in, so before you come at me you should instruct all your employees to relay that you have to have a reservation to the customers who call about dinning in. He just said okay and continue to give me attitude when telling me about the lunch specials. This one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at this location.

Miss going to Round Table, since they are not around where I live. Every time I visit family in the area, I make it a point to come here. I love the pizza here. Bit on the expensive side, but I don't come here often. Food is always good and the people are friendly. I've done the lunch buffet and take out.

These guys have really stepped their game up! We stopped going to this Round Table a few years ago because the food was sub par, it took forever and the customer service was non-existent. We have ordered from them several times recently and the food has arrived fast, hot and REALLY good. There was a mistake on our last order, but the staff was very apologetic and courteous and they offered a few options to fix it. Mistakes happen, but it's the "make it right" attitude that I really appreciate. A complete turn around to my previous experiences here. I am happy to see these changes and happy to recommend them.

We ordered pizza for our christmas party and it was scheduled to be delivered at 11:15, it is now 11:46, no pizza and no one is answering the phone. I have had the phone ringing and ringing for 30 minutes now. Very unprofessional. Will not be ordering from this location again. I sent a staff to go check and they have a sign on the door that says they are closed but yet the online order still went through! This is unacceptable!
