Review Round Table Pizza - Sparks

I've been coming here my whole life and I've never had a problem here until now. I called to see if the dinning room was open. The woman who answered said yes and to come on in. So I arrived and was greeted by the manager I asked about the specials he asked if I was dinning in I said yes then proceeded to say that I should of made a reservation before coming in. I told him that I had called earlier and before I could say anything else he cut me off saying that he can see that there are no reservations. I told him okay well I had called earlier and interrupted me again and said that he wasn't mad about it. I'm like look I called earlier and had spoken to a woman and she had said to come on in, so before you come at me you should instruct all your employees to relay that you have to have a reservation to the customers who call about dinning in. He just said okay and continue to give me attitude when telling me about the lunch specials. This one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at this location.

Miss going to Round Table, since they are not around where I live. Every time I visit family in the area, I make it a point to come here. I love the pizza here. Bit on the expensive side, but I don't come here often. Food is always good and the people are friendly. I've done the lunch buffet and take out.

(Saturday Dec 12) You just made my 74 yr old Italian mother so so happy. The person who delivered our order ACTUALLY WAS AN EMPLOYEE, full uniform not an outside deliverer. The food was HOT when delivered. It was absolutely delicious and worth every penny. Meat marvel special.

Two large pizzas $60!!!! This isn’t BBQ, it’s corporate pizza. Won’t be back.

The freshest ingredients are put on your pizza. I had the veggie pizza and it was fabulous!! My husband had pepperoni and pineapple and the pepperoni was crispy and not greasy!

These guys have really stepped their game up! We stopped going to this Round Table a few years ago because the food was sub par, it took forever and the customer service was non-existent. We have ordered from them several times recently and the food has arrived fast, hot and REALLY good. There was a mistake on our last order, but the staff was very apologetic and courteous and they offered a few options to fix it. Mistakes happen, but it's the "make it right" attitude that I really appreciate. A complete turn around to my previous experiences here. I am happy to see these changes and happy to recommend them.

We ordered pizza for our christmas party and it was scheduled to be delivered at 11:15, it is now 11:46, no pizza and no one is answering the phone. I have had the phone ringing and ringing for 30 minutes now. Very unprofessional. Will not be ordering from this location again. I sent a staff to go check and they have a sign on the door that says they are closed but yet the online order still went through! This is unacceptable!

Good as ever plus ice cold beer

Had to wait for over a half hour for the staff to put out a pizza that I could eat. I was asked when I walked in what kind of pizza I liked it never did come out onto the buffet. The pizza buffet was empty more often than full. Will never eat here again.

This has to be the dirtiest pizza place ever. I’d give no stars if it were an option. Don’t eat here unless you want to contract something from the filth covered counters, menus, and glassware.

It's rather disappointing that Round Table, a company whose tagline is "The Last Honest Pizza", charges customers $1.00 for ranch dressing when I have already paid for a salad bar. Oh, but there is a ranch option that is disgusting available. If you want to actually enjoy the flavor of the dressing you gotta pay. Why are there 2 different ranches? I guess honesty doesn't apply to salad.

I have been ordering pizza from this Round Table Pizza location for years. I called tonight to place a delivery order, as always, and I was told that I live 6.9 miles outside of their delivery zone! Say what? The feable justification for why it hasn't been an issue before was, "Maybe I had called on a night that wasn't as busy!" No problem Round Table Pizza, I will forver more buy my Pizza elsewhere!

For the 6th time in a row, they have gotten my order wrong. Not just once, 6. In a row. 30+ times all together, is is unacceptable.

2 hours 10 minutes no pizza yet.. this sux. I ordered after the 3rd quarter of last game it's half time of the next generation very unhappy

I ordered a pizza for delivery about a half hour before I called baxk to give them my credit card number. First of all, the guy that answered said "umm" approximately 20 times during our 3 minute conversation and even though they've delivered here 4 or 5 times he says they don't deliver here. My husband ends telling the manager I was young and high once, but you people really need to get your shit together.

My favorite Round Table in Reno/Sparks area. Freindly, and accommodating. Staff is great :)
