Subway

Terrible experience. Me and my mother stopped by for lunch. We were the only ones in the restaurant and the employee made us wait 10 minutes while she counted out her drawer. Four students from Branford Hall came in after us and the employee chatted and served them before us. After waiting, the employee put too much meat and mayo on my mother's 6" Spicy Italian Sub. And worst of all, the lemonade fountain was out of syrup. They could've at least put up a sign, but they didn't. As I took my orders to go, I didn't notice the poorly made subs or the 100% water lemonade until after I got home. I want two free 6" subs and two 20oz drinks to make up for all this hassle. I will never eat at or recommend this Subway to anyone ever again.

Worst service here ! We’ve been to this location a few times for convenience because it’s closer...but never again! We ordered online to avoid the line..and when we got there to pickup..there was one employee working (no manager) and a line of people, so of course had to now wait in line. When our turn comes..the order (of 4 sandwiches) had been lost!! Unbelievable! And no compensation for our troubles...never again! So unprofessional and no concern or care for customer service!

Worst service from Stephanie I've ever had there. She's very rude when I tried asking a question about my coupon and obviously no one taught her how to put a sand which together so that all the veggies don't fall out as soon as u unwrap it. I go to this subway at least twice a week and I will never go when she's working again. Total disappointment
