Tim Hortons

Ordered 2 bacon everything bagel Only had bacon no egg and cheeses. Coffee tasted like water. Went back and they gave me like the 3rd degree like I was lying, and were very rude to me. Normally I don’t complain but everyone I go to this location something is wrong with my order. Needless to say this was my last time.

Honestly, it was not good. The guy taking the order was more interested in checking the girl out by the door. So much so that he kept asking me to repeat the order 3-4 times. This Tim Horton's was inside a gas station that was dirty. My wife and I ordered toasted bagels with cream cheese and the bagels were warm nowhere near being toasted. I have always had a good experience at Tim Horton's, but this one was not good. Definitely needs to be managed better. I will not be stopping at this Tim Horton's in the future.

I consider myself a Tim Horton's master. This was the worst Tim Horton's I have visited. Today is the second visit there. The first time I was there they didn't have a very good donut selection at 630 in the morning. Half the donuts what you usually see. The 2nd time I visited, they were closed. The gas station attendant said no one showed up to work so they are closed.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. I gave it a third try because I was desperate today for some coffee. As usually my latte sucked, the ones I get at the other are so much better. There was hardly any cream cheese on my bagel; the corners were bare, I should've taken a picture. I wasn't given a receipt, hense why I am writing a google review. The window girl was extremely rude, didn't even say thank you, just handed me my stuff...will not come here again. I'd rather get gas station coffee.

This place is horrible!!!!!! Every morning I go there before work at 8 am on Saturdays they say they are open at five Nobody ever come to the speaker or window u can see in the window that the coffee is made one day I waited about 8 minutes and left before I completely drove off I seen some women behind me order and a lady came to the window every time I go there they take like forever or never even come to the window I don’t know if they’re back there taking a nap or WHAT it’s seriously ridiculous and they never answer the phone when I tried to call to complain!!!! Don’t go here!!!!

This tim hortons has poor customer service. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches both were cold ,cheese not even melted. Just nasty. This tim hortons used to be the best but not anymore. Plus their ice cap machine is hardly ever working. My rating would be a 2. Service needs to improve. However the one on allen road in allen park is Great. They seem to have it together.
