Outback Steakhouse

Service was not stellar but was ok. To be honest I think outback has gone completely downhill. Thankfully half our bill was paid by a gift card. Bloomin onion and the bread was the best part of the meal. The shrimp that came with my meal was cooked so hard with a sub par seasoning that the tails didn't even come off without removing a ton of meat. Then the seasoning was so strong it completely ruined the taste. I honestly couldn't finish a salad. The staff was great though really pushing through the times with all the rules, regulations, and such. But the food was awful.

Dinner was good went there about 5:15pm yesterday, Wednesday. Our waitress was great. I ordered a burger & fries for carry out for my daughter. Left about 6:15pm. She opened up her carry out & she's like Where's the rest of the fries????? I look in there & I was shocked! Looked like someone's left over fries they just threw in there. Not happy one bit! I should of checked it before I left. Next time I'll check before I leave. This was not good at all!!

Went to dinner with a Friend and we ordered appetizers dinner and lemonades. The gnats were taking over the place! Her lemonade had a gnat in it and our appetizer was overcooked. Her steak was undercooked, my ribs were cold when they came out and they had that nasty chemical taste to them. The manager came around and asked about our meal and as we were telling him what was going on he seemed to have an attitude, basically said OK and walked off. When we received our bill he had taken $9 off. The waitress we had was great I don't remember her name unfortunately and she was very apologetic and stated that our table was the 4th one that night that had issues. I took my basically whole meal home thinking it would be better once I reheated it. The loaded potatoes and the broccoli have that nasty chemical flavor and the ribs seem like they would never get warm. Really bad experience all around and I won't be back to Outback and most definitely not that particular location.

We decided to eat inside instead of carrying out. Arrived around 4:45 and were seated quickly. Our server was Angie A and she was wonderful! She stopped at our table a couple of times asking if we were ready to order. I apologized, none of us could make our minds up. She was very sweet, patient and very attentive! We hadn’t been out for dinner as a family in a long time and Angie made it wonderful! Restaurant was clean…food and drinks were great as well!

We noticed some bad reviews but we still came! Service was amazing. Katie K went above and beyond for our family. The cooks did great. Also, to other costumers please be mindful these cooks and servers are HUMANS. They served you during a pandemic, they serve you now. The staff was very polite, Libbi came to check on our table and she was a very personable manager. If anything Outback is revamping themselves, like every other restaurant during this time and we will be back.
