Moe's Southwest Grill

Friendly service, clean, food was very good. Got the veggie Joey Bag a Donuts. A nice big burrito that you customize yourself ( the employee makes it but you pick your filling, just to be clear). Price was OK, a little pricey. My only complaint is the shopping plaza where the Mahchester/South Windsor Moe's is, is a nightmare to navigate. Finding your way out can be a challenge. Don't know why they designed it the way they did.

Brett and his team Hector and Mike did a phenomenal job!! My experience was excellent, due to the pandemic it has made literally everything impossible but I still wanted to make my mom's birthday enjoyable it would not have happened if it wasn't for Brett's amazing and friendly costumer service. I had ordered a small catering order the same day and the food was done within 15 minutes! I was blown away with the excellent costumer service. On the phone I expressed how I wanted my mom to have a special dinner and I was freaking out since it was late and didn't want my mom's b-day ruined also she works in the hospital and definitely deserved a fun time for her birthday, Brett promised that my mom would have a great birthday dinner and he truly kept his word! Food was also packed neatly, fresh, delicious and generous amount of food. If there's a 5 rating scale I would give Brett and his team 6 stars!

Hear me out, I absolutely love moes! This one though needs to have a major touch up. I ordered 2 bowls, 1 with chicken and ground beef with toppings, and the other with just ground beef. When I received them they were both cold to the touch. When I got home I had to warm them up in the microwave. The rice was hard, cheese was not melted, and very little to no meat at all. No utensils, napkins, or anything like that. There were only a handful of chips in both the bags which were not salted or flavored at all. If I were you I recommend driving the extra few minutes to the West Hartford location. Will not be back unfortunately.

My boyfriend and I ordered Moe's and picked it up. The food was cold. They gave us very little chips. Very little meat was included in the bowl. The cheese wasn't melted. The rice was cold. The salsa was also cold. My overall experience was absolutely terrible and I will never be eating at this Moe's again.

We placed our order online. It was prepared in less thanc15 minutes, and they even bought out the trays with our food to our table! The service was really nice and professional as well as quick. The only issue i had was that I found a piece of hair in the salsa, but i know it is not their fault and probably belonged to a customer. Overall, the place was nice and clean and our order was prepared right and in time.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ZERO CARE, 100%LAZINESS. Do not order from them! They messed up our online orders purposefully. The only thing they got right was the chicken. Ridiculous to think they'd put other things not ordered into our meal. What if someone had an allergy? What's worse is when I came to pick up my online order, they immediately said "we're closed", ready to turn away any customer. It was 6pm, and they close at 9pm. Are you kidding me Moe's? Hire better employees and do better

Placed online order. Went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready because they “had a busy day and didn’t fry more hard shell tacos”. Was told I’d be given a queso for the wait, cool. Get my order and the guy says there is an extra taco. Cool. Thanks for the free taco. Kind you I ordered a bowl of queso and the free chips and salsa. No salsa or bowl of queso I paid for. Should have looked before I left to make sure everything was there as this Moe’s has messed my order up in the past. My husband called to address and the girl was questioning him like we were lying. Super annoying. The district manager said that he would issue a partial refund. Not to mention two employees were hiding out back smoking weed. Won’t go back to this location again.
