House Of Pizza

I was very excited to try this pizza place as I have not tried it yet. After picking up our food and proceeding to unload it we realized we were missing items as we had double orders of some food but never received them. The price comparatively to other pizza places around was quite high. After trying the pizza we were immediately disappointed in that, the dough tasted frozen, much like the other food. However, almost frozen to the point where it was practically inedible and dry and yet was not over cooked in the slightest bit. We ended up calling and asking for a slight reimbursement only for the man on the phone (whom we believe is the owner); to yell and ask if we were crazy for feeling as if the dough tasted frozen burnt. We then asked to be refunded for the items that we did not receive and asked if we would be able to get a receipt as one was not offered to us. The man on the phone absolutely refused. We will not be back, we feel as though we have been scammed a bit as well as did not enjoy the food at all. We’re very displeased and would not recommend them to other families or friends.
