Went they’re on lunch break!!! place was very clean I think they said their name was Robert jr. and Kasandra i’m usually pretty picky but they both work together to make sure I got what I wanted they did an excellent job for sure was one of the best subway Subs I have had!!! So I want to thank them for being so patient the sub was not sloppy or a mess I have been to many subways before they did not make it feel like it was a bother for them to make my lunch 👍🏼 I will be back soon!!!!

The staff is wonderful besides a woman named Rebecca. Most unprofessional person I have seen she’s rude to her coworkers and customers. Whoever hired her should be fired along with her.

I Love Yawbus, that's subway spelled backwards. I have come up with a personal Rating System to determine if a City, Town or civic community worth my time that I have been using for the past couple of Decades. Most towns that are rated under my Scoring System must have either a Subway or a Taco Bell to be identified as a civil community. If they have both, then they are put on a list of potential candidates for living in. This is Nation Wide by my Personal Standards.

This particular location has had some less than ideal employees in the past so I wanted to take the time to write a positive review now that that seems to have changed. Tonight, Derek and Austin were working and they were both very professional, polite and worked together. Even though Austin was “training” he was still significantly better than employees here in the past. They kept the line moving and everyone happy.

They charged me for 2 cookies and did not give them to me and refused to refund me the money. Sad that they take peoples hard earned money.
Update: district manager contacted me said he'd give me a free sub a week ago still waiting for them to credit my account.
Update: 09.12.2020 still no resolution or compensation for my 2 missing cookies. Very disappointed in my local Subway shop...

Went to Subway in south Glens falls. There were four of us waiting for subs and the veggie lady just started emptying obviously not full garbages all of the sudden. Stood there a while while the other girl tried her best to do everything else and cash out customers. Finally I left without ordering. Customer service is s thing of the past I guess.
