My last visit to this venue was an improvement. New management, as well as some friendly staff, with one exception. I used to manage Domino's, from Ohio, in New York (we made our own dough), West Virginia, Florida, and several states across the USA. I ordered the Buffalo wings, which were great, as well as pepperoni & sausage pizza. The toppings were a tad scant. Conversely, the food was flavorful, and the csr Customer Service Reps were friendly. My main pet peeve, was the pizza had "summer slices" some were small, and some were large. The pizza was not cut properly.

They need to scrape this location's old reviews prior to closing down and reopening. I have ordered a few times recently (both carryout and delivery) and each time the food is great and the employees are very friendly.

Is expecting my pizza to be cut to high if an expectation 🤔 And the little black guy that works there is rude . I handed him my money and he sat it on the counter. So the $5 and change that I was going to give to him as a tip , I just scooped up and took with me . This Domino's started out good , but a couple months later they're slowly going downhill.

Friendly staff. Pizza used to be consistently better than the other location we used to frequent. Read my edit below. EDIT 12/2/2018: About a month ago, I had an absolutely terrible experience with an online order for pickup (super late, even though I was told by the app it was ready, and once I got it home it was wrong), and after complaining online, I was contacted by Tina, the general manager. She apologized and sighted her community involvement and was eager to give a generous credit for my inconvenience and inaccurate order. A week later, I called my order in and used a portion of my credit toward my order. This order was just fine, no problems. Last night I decided to skip using my remaining credit and used the app to order 4 large pizzas 1 hour in advance for pickup. I arrived 5 minutes past the time I stated I'd be arriving and still had to wait 10 minutes to receive my order, only to get home and realize that one of the pizzas was incorrect again (an ultimate pepperoni which had NO pepperoni on it). I called and asked to speak specifically to Tina who advised she'd make me a new one right away and to come up and get it. I did and arrived home nearly 30 minutes later to the rest of the family having 3 pizzas that have now sat for over an hour and 1 pizza that is fresh (and finally accurate). I was more than willing to give Euclid Domino's the benefit of the doubt the first time, but to completely drop the ball twice on 3 visits is just unacceptable. I doubt I will be using the remainder of my credit or revisit this location any time soon. I like to actually have my food READY and RIGHT when I'm told it will be. Its one thing to "talk the talk", it is quite another to "walk the walk" and I believe that this location is all talk and no actual service.

I ordered a pizza and wingsfrom this location last week. It never arrived, and my credit card was charged. I called the same night and was told my money would be refunded to my card. It wasn’t. I called the next day, and was told that the manager must have forgotten to refund it before she left, and someone else would call the bank and refund my card. They didn’t. I called the next day and was assured it would be refunded again. It wasn’t. A week later, today, it still hasn’t been refunded. I called today, and was told I couldn’t retroactively get a refund, but he would give me a $20 credit to use in the store. My order was for $25.99, and I will never order from this store again.

Just had my food delivered. It was late, but I didn't mind because I received a phone call to let me know it was going to be late. Food arrived and it took me a minute to get to the door because my dog was barking and I wanted to get him out of the way. I opened the door and the kid that delivered my pizza was the most friendly delivery driver that has ever been here in the last 6 years I have lived here. He wasn't irritated he had to wait a second. He thanked me kindly for the tip I gave him. Offered to pull my door closed. Our food was hot and tasted great. Great job domino's!

I ordered 2 pizzas that were thin, greasy and just disgusting. When I returned them shortly after picking them up, the lack of customer service was emmense. One employee, after ignoring us, speaking to another employee to relay her messages, stated she could not refund my money but could give store credit or remake the order. If the order was messed up, why would I want another pizza or store credit? She then stated the GM could take care of it and would be in at 9:30am the next morning. I still left my contact information and a brief summary of the issue. I arrive at 11am and the same employee is there, stating the GM was NOT in but she texted her about the incident the night before. She then asked if I left my contact info...it was just the night before. Why wasn't my contact info sent as well? It's been a few days and still no contact from the GM and no refund. I knew to file a corporate complaint as soon as I left after the first visit because I knew my information wouldn't have been forwarded as it should have. Horrible product, horrendous service!
