Guy's Pizza

35 minute delivery that turned into over an hour. Not great but excusable with only 1 delivery driver. Slightly wam pizza that's not what we ordered. Not excusable. Not sure how mushrooms get confused with sausage. ** Update: We were offered credit to come back again which we did take advantage of. We picked up rather than have delivery and the guy at the counter was friendly. I app the gesture, I just wish things had been smooth the first time around. **

Tried out this location for the first time, probably will never be back. One of the worst looking pizzas I've ever seen. You'd have to try to make one that bad. All bubbled up, almost no cheese or sauce at all. I literally have no idea how someone could in good conscience make a sell a pizza that looks so bad. Parmesan bites were really good though.

MY rating is actually negative infinity! Horrible place. Horrible workers. I have never seen it so bad in the whole world. Three hours late and they forget to deliver the pizza with the order !!!!! This sheer level of incompetence I have never ever seen. The whole store should shut down and people taken to task. Get another group in there. They are a stain upon humanity !!! Similar issues earlier two times. CEO Richard E. Allison Jr. is way overpaid. Hopefully he takes customer complaints seriously. Or maybe not since he is busy selling his stock options this month !!! @Dominos

Order pizza online then got a phone call saying the type of crust I order was unavailable. I asked for a refund and over a month later still haven't gotten it. Now that its 30 days have passed asst manager Paul claims I have to visit the store to get my OWED refund. Dominos just lost a familes worth of loyal customers. AWFUL SERVICE.

This store consistently have a problem getting an order right. On multiple occasions I order the Brooklyn style crust but I get regular crust. When you ask them to correct the order they get offended and try to guilt you into taking the pizza you didn't order. It's rather frustrating when you are looking forward to eating what you ordered and have to be disappointed and waste your time waiting until the correct order is made or take a store credit because they are near closing time.

This is the worst store ever! I eat Dominos pizza everywhere and it’s my favourite one but this store is terrible. We have ordered XLarge pizza (Extra Vegan ZzA) and it should have two layers of cheese and about 5-6 toppings but the pizza we received was super horrible. It barely has any cheese and the toppings are very little. The west thing they lied to us! When we called them to report this, they told us that Domino’s has changed their recipe!!!!!!!!!’ Now we are at another store and they completely denied this. I hope Dominos pizza look into this store and investigate how people work there. Dominos pizza is the best but that store is just the worst

Had no problems until 4 weeks ago. Other then that the person who was causing problems was dismiss. Domino also gave me store credit for the bad issued I had experienced with their franchise. So the only problem today was. Domino's was to pack and to busy with no delivery was unable to deliver to me my order. So I had to order from somewhere else... Domino has great tastings 🍕 pizza. So I can well understand the busy....
