Service was friendly and food was fresh and presentable. No wait on refills this round, which is always nice. Got our appetizer and entree served perfectly apart. Always expect peanut shells on floor, (since this is a signature thing), excess amounts are usually kept up on. A little on pricey side. That is to be expected with most restaurants today, however. I would suggest their house burger for first timers.

After 35 minutes of wait time for the food my wife & I ordered ( Chili Lime Salmon for her & Teriyaki Glazed Chicken on a bed of rice for me ) finally our food showed up and the first thing I noticed was that the bed of rice i could have counted without being frustrated. It did not look like what was shown in the pic in their highlights on the menu. Basically it was about 2 forks worth. The chicken which was butterflied was rubbery and not done throughout (pink). Sorry but I like meat with no pink. Shouldn't have to say that about chicken, can understand with steak but not chicken. My wife's salmon had no chili lime, tasted like there was no kind of seasoning used. It looked wonderful folks but bears we are not. So I had the waitress take mine away and order a cheeseburger at this point well done and when that came out it was pink on the inside. The waitress comes by and asks " How's everything? " I showed her the burger. I could continue but I think I've taken up enough of your time. Here's a pic of the bill.

Poor Service until other staff stepped in. We waited for a long time when we first got there, guests who came in after us got their drinks before us. The GM Miguel was awesome and made our experience better! We left satisfied.

Management and service is great. The Porterhouse T-Bone with Onion Brewski and Salted Mushrooms is wonderful. You have to ask for the Onion Brewski and Salted Mushrooms. Huge Sweet Potato. I couldn't eat it all.

Excellent service. Despite two parties of 20+ there at the same time as us the servers were very attentive. We were never wanting for drinks or rolls. The starters and entrees both came out in a reasonable time despite the large parties. We don't eat at chains a lot but the service will have us coming back.

Been here a many many times and this is my first review of Logan's... And wow what horrible service we had today.... 05/07/2017 Sunday @1:14pm until 3:07pm..... After being seated our waiter didn't come over to us for almost 30minutes.... But that wasn't the biggest problem... He came over talking about others he was waiting on which is a no no.... Keep it professional..... So after that we ordered our food and it took 1 hour for food to come... We order chicken and the people across from us who was sat after us received their steaks before we received our food...but okay.... The rice was under cooked... The baked potatoes under cooked.... The waiter blamed the manager... The manager blames the kitchen and the kitchen staff blames the pots and pans.... But to be fair for the most part I have never had a problem here..... Its always been a fair experience..... Will I come back here after this experience.... If I don't get the runs yes I would.... The people behind us walked out after receiving their food... steaks burnt to the crisp and lobster tails look like burnt government cheese...

Logan's Roadhouse is an alright place to eat at. The place was clean, and kept up. Staff were kind and checked up once in a while. Waiting for seats wasn't bad, max of like 15 minutes wait time. The food itself and waiting was kind of a bother. I get that service is hard when it's a full-house, but waiting 45 minutes for just an entree, seemed slow, especially when you're so tempted to eat the bread they serve you beforehand, but don't wanna get full before the entree. The food took about an hour and a half to finally arrive. Maybe it was really full that night, but it was really slow, by the time the food came, I almost had forgotten what I ordered. The food itself was great, but waiting that long... it's hard to justify. While the food is great, I'd recommend Texas Roadhouse. That place overall is phenomenal.

I really liked the food I ordered here - a chicken breast with what was called a moonshine glaze and pineapple slices. The Logan's rolls were good as usual. The person who seated us, though, laid on the table some very short menus with only a few dishes in them, and it took us a bit to find the real menus at the back of the table. I thought we were going to have to order something we didn't prefer to fit in with the short menus! Service was quite slow on getting the food. We were there in the late afternoon and there were few cars in the parking lot so maybe it was a slow time in the kitchen as well. We were in there a little more than an hour. The restaurant is right off the road and there's ample parking.
