The employees are very indifferent toward costumer. I don't want to think it is because I am a Hispanic customer. The two ladies at the front very disinterested, not even a “good morning” point out the menu., etc Do not forget that thanks people like me your business is running. I will never back. The food, just a OK, nothing amazing.

There food is tasty and this is a neat little place to look around, but on most of their items their portions so tiny, especially for the price. Their regular salad is $3 and it is the smallest salad I have ever seen! It literally took me 4 bites to eat and not worth $3! Unless they made a mistake, you can get a way better salad with a lot more for a lot less at fast food restaurant. Soups are also very tasty, but for nearly $5 a small cup, not really worth it. Im still hungry after spending $8 for lunch.

Never rely on them for private jet catering. My company requested a quote for private jet catering. First of all, it took us days to receive a response. Even then, it's only because I called them repeatedly asking for it. Then, when they did reply, they informed us that they don't deliver on Sundays... which, how are you even in the industry if you don't deliver on Sundays? Then, when we presented the quote to our passengers, and they approved the order, we reached back out to the Coffee Spot Team for confirmation and they said they would send confirmation shortly for delivery the night before. Then someone came back and said "We cannot confirm due to staff and food shortages. Take care!" I'm sorry, what? We requested a Fruit Platter and a Veggie Platter. Last I checked, South Bend is not running out of Fruit and Vegetables. Garbage operation. Then they had the nerve to tell us "We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you will consider us in the future." Seriously? You just screwed us over and really think you'll get another chance? No, this is what you get. A negative review.
