Amanda was the nicest and best fast food employee (employee in general) that I’ve ever had. So personable, pleasant to talk to, and knowledgeable. I’d go to this jack in the box location every time just because she works there. She’s a star. She deserves a raise and to be a manager if she isn’t already.

Has the worst customer service is supposed to be 24 hours but there's been multiple times they're closed with the drive thru blocked off by crates which looks tacky. But we drive 45 mins down the hill to get fast food and they're not open it's a disappointment. My order has on multiple occasions been wrong. If Sonora wasn't so small and options for fast food weren't so scarce this would be the last place I gave my money.

The only place open 24 hours in Sonora. Looks like they finally got a good crew again cuz I haven't seen any random closures plus the food has been on point. The drive thru crew are always friendly & respectful. Sometimes the wait is long but I'm still giving 5 stars cuz I know they all work hard. I really appreciate the late night food & friendly service. They should put out a tip jar!

Went for dinner around 8:30pm on a Saturday and while there were cars in the line, it was prompt and friendly service with hot and fresh (good) good.

Majority of time that my family and I go our order is incomplete.
We always go through the drive-through and we do not live in town. Additionally, we don't eat in our vehicle so we always wait till we get home to eat our food. Needless to say, by the time we get home it has been 30 - 40 minutes and when we open the bags to get our meals out we we are missing food.

We waited in line at their drive thru for 10 minutes and then we get to the window and they're not taking debit or credit cards- only cash, we didn't have any, so we went somewhere else. You would think they would have put a sign up at the beginning of the line so we and other people would not have had to wait. .

There in side works suck big time no good customer service I Stood there for over 5 minutes before someone said to a worker at the window oh there's a customer upfront Meanwhile they were standing right in front talking to each other and not acknowledging new customers Drive-through is OK going inside I wouldn't recommend it

I ate there and I won't be eating there again. They have ants all over the place and noone does anything. Most of the ants are on the counters and by the soda machine. I don't recommend coming here to eat.
