Kfc

We have not been to KFC in about 5 years, we just came back from there and I KNOW I will NEVER eat there again! First of all one can not read the menu properly due to the print being small. Secondly the counter person was a corporate robot. She had NO personality and she seemed to have a memory problem, she asked us 3 times if our order was to go, all three times we said yes. We were the only customers in the building and she took our name and said that it would be a few minutes. Then got our order together and then called our name as if the place was full of people. Thirdly the food was really really bad, the mac and cheese had the oddest taste almost like plastic and cardboard. On the two pieces of chicken I had, I got maybe 2 bits, out of these 2 bits I would say that they were okay at best! I don't even want to spend my time or gas to go and bring it back and complain. It should tell me something when I drive by I never see a car there. Just stay away!

KFC has always been a quick dinner after a long day. Chicken and veggies. Comfort food. Recently I ordered for myself and for a sick friend and her family. It took 20 minutes to get the order straight and when I delievered the meal and then looked at my own meal, the meals were mixed up and completely screwed up. I can handle that. What I cannot handle is that when I brought it to the manager's attention he did nothing. Customer service was poor. Very sad, very disappointed. Won't go back.

This place puts out a really good meal. They're having a lot of difficulty getting people to work for them. I guess that's the problem with full employment. Even though they're offering $11 an hour plus full benefits is difficult for them to find people. So, the wait was so long I left and went somewhere else this time. I will be back another day. I do love their Monday special.

The food took forever to be made i waited over 30 minuits for my carryout order. Watched countless meals go out the drive through while they neglected mine. when the manager was asked ehy it was taking 30 minuites he proceeded to make excuses instead of saying sorry for the inconvenience and making it right. Also watched the manager stop making someones meal to give free food to a friend while paying customers are waiting paitently for there food. Person behind me was there for 25 mins waiting for food when i left. Overall horrible experience wont be going there again

I don’t like KFC I think their food is stale over cooked dried out an gross. Unfortunately sometimes my family wants it.... tonight I worked late an no one wanted to wait for me to cook dinner so I went an go then food from nasty KFC... I ordered a kids meal, a pot pie, small coleslaw , small corn, 2 Apple turnovers it was $30..... no not joking KFC changes $30 for barely enough food for 2. I ordered food for my husband an 10year old son, it very happy with the price I still pay an go home to feed the fam. After I get home an my husband pullls out his overpriced fast food he noticed that majority of the food containers are barely full, the corn had less the 2 table spoons of corn in it.. I took a pics an sent it to thier corporate office.. tobad I can’t post pics on here
