Quick service, friendly. Lots of pastries to select from. Can get cold coffee in any of the hot flavors however, prices for coffee weren’t listed. People were grabbing/buying buckets of cookies although we didn’t try any. I’m guessing the owner was sitting in the dining area. Dining area was quite warm but a few degrees cooler than outside so we dined inside.

So much choices and they are attractive to me! I especially recommend the cream puff, chocolate eclair, and napoleons. The danish waffle is also a good choice. This place is a little bit far away from visitors center so you need to walk along the mission drive to get there. But every step you walked is worth!

Super delicious baked goods, very special with various different flavors. Feels like going into a good bakery in Denmark.
The pastries were all fresh, and the variety is so big that you just want to buy and try everything behind the glass.
They also have some gluten free offerings, and different levels of sweetness.

Every item we tried was delicious. The flavors and textures were all delightful and the Napoleons had a light, fluffy cream that didn't soak through the flaky pastry. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything we chose, helping us make up our minds. It's not inexpensive but they don't disappoint. Most definitely worth a stop when you are in Solvang.

Super cute place and the staff is friendly!. I had the cinnamon crisp I believe it was called and that was delicious. I shared the rest of the pastries I bought with family and everyone said they were delicious! There was a line but it was well worth it, plus it moved pretty quickly.

Delicious snacks & coffee for breakfast…. This place is still a great pick if you didn’t make it early to Paula’s Pancakes and experienced the long wait there. Olsen’s has a wide selection of sweets and they are all great choices as take home gifts to friends and family. We picked up a tub of Assorted Danish Cookies. 🤙🏻☺️🤙🏻

The absolute BEST bakery delicacies we've ever had anywhere! Filings were rich and flavorful... pastries flaky... some with a hint of almond. Incredible textures! With waiting an hour in line for beyond a doubt!!!
