Subway

We loved this Subway so much!! Hands down my favorite location in all our travels. The woman helping us (I wish we had gotten her name!) was above and beyond amazing! She was kind, funny, and happy to offer great suggestions! She took her time to talk with each customer like she really cared while still being impressively fast with orders! We were also pretty excited to find out this location cooks their eggs on an electric cooktop for breakfast items! The food was great but the customer service really made this experience!

Service was friendly and excellent, but this is the first time I've ever gotten a bad sub from a Subway. I couldn't even eat all of a six-inch. The bread was WAY overcooked! Imagine a sub being served on a large crouton. It simply disintegrated as I tried to eat it. Please don't serve overcooked bread. If you make a mistake, just take the loss.

I am giving the employee at Subway 5 stars! He prepared our sandwiches quickly while taking phone orders. Subway was the only option at 7:03pm on a Sunday night in Soda Springs. I would give management 2 stars as they have not properly staffed for Sunday night. There were 6 people ahead of us and another 5 came in within minutes of getting there. Everyone was patient. I would hope that anyone coming into a situation of one employee delivering quality while under pressure would remember to be generous with cash tips. Thank you for a great meal!
