Sonic Drive-in

I order ahead and had to wait 45 minutes before my food came. When I got there they were busy and it took 10 minutes for my food to finish in the kitchen. That’s normal for this location. Then I waited 35 minutes for it to come to the stall and what I got was ridiculous. I got a disgusting drink, and cold food. When I asked what happened and why I was getting cold food I was told “I don’t know”

15 minutes in the drive thru line, 99 degrees outside. Patiently waiting with all the other patrons. It looks like the sonic employees fished the French fries from the trash can. Check your order. I learned my lesson. (Next time request a refund give them back the trash). Luv ya, don't put up with it.

The car hops had all gone so we were told that we would have to go through the Drive through OMG if we hadn't headed down the read they would have gotten there food that should have been in the trash...The top of the bun was really hard the lettuce was in really bad shape on the cheeseburgers It was like it had set under the light well passed it's time we Ordered French fries but got a mix of French fries and tater tots The milkshake we got were good We had already started down the interstate too late to turn around and go back... By the time we got to Deming New Mexico I had an upset stomach Even though this was towards the end of the evening The food should not have been garbage worthy Instead of Selling it to customers just because they came off the highway This was the worst Fast food I have ever eaten it was in Socorro, NM 87801 STORE #2891 1103 CALIFORNIA STREET CHK # 577 I'm still not feeling well this morning And I will never eat at another Sonic Drive-in ever again

When it takes 30 minutes to place an order and to top it off when you do the person taking the order can not hear what your order is. When I finally got to the window to pick up my order of two kids meal which were two corn dogs, cheese fries and two waters again had to wait 5 minutes. Evidently there must not have been a manager or supervisor on. Bad service...

The lines are so big. I'm sorry. I have 3 jobs. Almost could have been late for work and I was forced by reality to choose being loyal or faithful. I ended up skipping that meal and I am still thinking of the pros and cons. I know how it is to be a franchize and the parking lot probably will never get wider. I am a great driver. Its the lowriders i worry for. No more cruisers nor eye candy. The effort balances out my hangry words. This is my experience. But there is no inquiry of an opinion. Any way i missed my crushed ice and well I should probably not knock it till i work there. I will be a customer and I love when you stay open late for a weekend day. America food drives me insane. Great work! I'd rather be loyal to my favorite items. I am a returning local and I do appreciate yhe hard work. A tip well spent because you earned it for effort! I make it a priority to worry about a tip. I eould even give up my strawberry milkshake too.
