Burger King

After a track meet we arrived at Burger King, they had already put chairs on the tables to close up. The manager met me at the door and welcomed my team of 15 in and fed us. We are very grateful. They were very accommodating and the food was great! And they were fast too! Many thanks from Hot Springs High School track team!

Always waiting over 15 min in the drive through. Can't even get a simple order right. Always missing items. Have to constantly check my own bags and ask for them. The phone number on maps isn't even in service so you cannot call the store. They do not have a direct link to the proper website to be able to file a complaint.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered the original chicken sandwich value meal with onion rings. What I got was so bad I wouldn't have fed it to a starving person. The chicken patty and onion rings were cikd and hard as a rock and had maybe 3 little tibt wilted pieces of lettace on it. I went back to have it made fresh and was given another meal that was exactly the sane nasty hard and stale meal but had a couple more pieces of wilted lettace on it. Both boys working the drive thru (one of which appeared to be the manager) were obviously to not even the trained, stoned out of their minds on something. I will be taking my hard earned money to another business who will at least care enough to give me food that I can actually eat.

Dumbest drive thru process ever. Not only was the cashier rude, she was taking orders, having customers pay, and having them "pull around the corner" to wait for their food. As we speak, there are literally 7 cars waiting "around the corner" for their food, when there is an empty drive thru. Then, the wait staff are coming out, going car to car asking what they ordered. Y'all are sooooo smart!
