The tacos were delicious. They actually don't open till 10 so we waited at Starbucks. We went in at 10. It looked like a bomb went off on the veggie line which concerned me. I looked for a health department card. I'm from NV. We have an 8×11 card hanging in our restaurants with a letter grade. I actually wanted to leave because the veggie counter was such a mess I was scared the food could be spoiled but my husband insistanted it would be ok. The gentleman working was great. I'd suggest the night shift cleaning up. That is protocol at every other place. If it wasn't for the clerks friendliness I would of given this place a 3.

The manager at the Taco Del Mar on the Ridge is amazing. You are welcomed when you walk in and checked on if you eat in, to make sure your meal is ok. And thanked for coming as you leave ,no matter how busy it is. He makes you want to return again and again! Thank You, Lazarus, you do an amazing job!!!
