Subway

Tried to order using the subway app. My credit card was charged but my order didn’t go through. Subway has a real problem with their app/online service here in the Pacific Northwest. We just moved here and it hasn’t ever worked here on a half dozen tries. Second, because my online order didn’t work I ordered in store. The person helping me was nice but told me once I got to the register that the coupon I wanted to use was online order only. I then said I did do an online order and it didn’t work. She said nothing she could do about it. I am no longer a subway customer here in the Pacific Northwest. Too many frustrating experiences. Subway, get your act together or your become another fast food restaurant going out of business.

December 2021: clean location, fresh ingredients, thinly sliced, great tasting food. Further the staff was considerate enough to change gloves between sandwiches. Could improve the packaging of the sandwich. To much veggies were packed out of the sandwich and fell out when we opened the wrapper. Friendly staff and quick service.

To the gurl that was serving us - when people ask for veggies be happy to serve them more than two pieces of the choice, a serving of veggies should not hurt your store in any way! When we asked for capsicum you literally gave two pieces - really? Didn’t your mother ask you to eat your veggies? And serve people with a smile - it definitely would improve your face value and the store value!

This is our second time to order from this paticular Subway. A year ago I accepted that this store, due to Covid, had taken hard financial hits and did not accept coupons. Coupons are still not accepted. So, ok, we ordered because we support our community's businesses. But honestly.....these sandwiches were measly! Every sandwich looked hollow. Meat and cheese barely there and veggies skimpy as well. Sad to see, even sadder still that we will be driving to a another town for Subway in the future.
