Dunkin'

I came through and ordered a small macha latte with oat milk and then I come to the drive-through window and the person working try to give me a brown drink Matcha is Green I told him that that wasnt my drink he said small macchiato I said no Matcha with oat milk he said it has oat milk and try to hand it to me and I say no matcha he said oh Matcha I said yeah and he was like oh I’ll make it for you then he comes back with another brown drink which is not matcha later coem to find out he in he made me a latte with oat milk then I mean older lady was like what are you waiting for after hanging me my food I was like I need my drink and then she was like I gave you your food why haven’t you moved I need my donuts and I need my drink and I don’t think she could understand English and then she started reading off my receipt I said I only got my food I told her and drink and the boy comes back in with the brown drink and I finally a girl comes and I explain why need from her she handed me the donuts and I told her I need a Matcha and then the older lady makes my matcha and she made it not w the oat milk I PAID FOR LITERAL HORRIBLE SERVICE

I enjoyed stopping here once or twice a week on the way to work in the morning, for a long time. A few months ago it seemed like every time I placed an order something was wrong, sandwich missing meat, coffee missing something. The staff had become more rude, as well. I decided to stop going to this location a few weeks ago. Well, silly me went again this morning. I ordered two sausage biscuits and a latte on the app. I was handed two burnt biscuits, no sausage. They called themselves fixing my order handing me back the two burnt biscuits with sausage. As I checked I got, ‘it’s on there for you.’ NEVER GOING BACK. Have been having similar experiences at the other Dunkin stores in Snellville, might be time to break up with Dunkin, for good😔

The food was fine but the old lady behind the counter was so rude. She was constantly yelling at the younger workers who were trying to serve us. I was later informed that she’s the mangers mother. She placed all the croissants on the counter before she sliced them. So unsanitary! The younger workers were good but this old woman slowed the service so much. I was in there for 30 minutes waiting for my drink and the whole time she got in their faces yelling at them.

The worst Dunkin ever! Waited 20+ minures behind 5 vehicles to order. Once at the window to pay the clerk asked what I ordered and after taking my money, gave me the wrong item. This Snellville location is the worst Dunkin I've ever visited. Lots of employees seen through the drive thru window running their hand through their hair and drinking beverages then handling customer orders. Grotesque...
