American Deli

I’ve been to multiple American deli chains around the area I’ve never seen any chains put fried rice on the small side of the container. I paid extra $3 for shrimp fried rice. There was only 5 pieces and the rice was a very small portion as shown in the picture and no I didn’t eat any rice that’s exactly the small portion I received. Honey hot wings are not that special either. I ordered 10 piece and only ate 3. Food was not good and it cost me $17 . Very disappointed in the quality and quantity of food. Just go to the hibachi next to it or touchdown wings across the street.

if i could give it a zero i would. i ordered lemon pepper dry and received unseasoned wings. and not only that , my food was tied around the front door while they closed the store EARLY AND I WAS PARKED RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR! i never got the chance to grab any condiments, plastic wear, nor season my food. terrible customer service . never again .

As A Human Being…I don’t know how anyone can buy anything from this Location the Owner is a Clear Racist. I work at a pizza shop near by so I came to grab a spoon and something to drink and Was told to Get Out and yelled at in Korean. The owner even got in my face after I asked him what he was making a big deal about. you can’t openly racially profile people and expect it not to bite you. I’m Definitely going to be Filing a Civil Suit against the Owner of the Store. As I read the reviews the food isn’t that good and I’m not the only person disappointed in the service at this location.

This place does not know how to make lemon pepper dry wings, giving people unseasoned chicken wings and putting a little bit of lemon pepper seasoning on it at the counter isn't lemon pepper wings! They also don't know what asking for crispy wings and fries means because sometimes they listen and it's crispy and sometimes they don't. Finally calling in a order is pointless, how in the world do I call in a order and told 10 mins only to come 30 mins later and the order is still not ready when I get there? This has happened multiple times too, I won't be coming back.

If it was a such thing to give a rating below zero I would do that. I asked for my My wings to be cooked extra crispy when I got them they was rubbery looking I asked could he refix it he told me NO. I'm like what the hell I would never ever go back into this place The guy who took my is rude as this place has went down

When you enter the store it smells like spoiled meat or sewage. If you ask the workers what the smell is they pretend to not know or blame the hibachi place next door. I didn’t eat from there because besides it looking like they never cleaned up… the bathrooms stay out of order and it smells like something died

April 7,2022 was my visit after a long time not going there MUST BE NEW OWNERS ,because the Asian guy on the register is VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHIND THAT MASKNO CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY RUDE SO I JUST TOOK MY MONEY ELSEWHERE OKAY HE NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER Profession. Food used to be good and service was good not anymore & food is terrible.
