They don’t participate on the 7-11 rewards gas discount. Although they advertise it, they said it costs them too much. Wonder if corporate know this? Buy your gas elsewhere!

The workers are so slow and never pay attention or even care if customers are in line waiting, I ordered a pizza and waited 20min because Noone turned the oven on and it sat on the counter unwrapped the whole time.. the staff gave me attitude when I asked what was going on and said it wasn't her problem. This store needs some serious help..

Another disappointment of 7-11, today June 10, 2022 @ 10pm the store is close, that is the both 7-11 closed, the inconvenience of a convince store,
I think 7-11 needs to leave Smithfield and let circle k or citgo convince stores take over.

Dude just let people cut in line right in front of me when I walked up to pay for my things. Started talking over me and just started ringing and buying her items. I understand that if she was in line or even asked it wouldn’t be any problem but the rude cashier just pretended I didn’t exist. I wouldn’t go here again and hope they can learn to treat others better.

Filled up my F250 dual tank diesel truck today, purchased a car was and failed to get a receipt. I went in for a receipt and the cashier said he could not give a refund or receipt. Rude and not helpful.
