Subway

Let me start by saying, I love subway. These two stars are not because the subs here are bad. That's not where my issue lies. I'm giving it two stars because of the lack of food service standards. One time when ordering, one of the guys working was wearing a tank top and an apron. Another time, a young man was wearing a hoodie with his hood up behind the counter (extremely unprofessional) and he had one of the grossest unkempt beards I've ever seen. No hair net, nothing. Now, I'm no food inspector so I may be wrong. but I would like the person making my food to be wearing some semblance of a uniform. Its unsanitary and just gross to see a lack of dress code. I've never seen a manager on duty in this store either. Often times it is just one person working by themselves. Which would also explain why the employees seem to wear whatever they feel like wearing. It's a shame.

Did not have items o was looking for. Wanted a foot long and a kiddy plain white...they were out by 1245. Asked for roast beef.was not out on the front tray so they said they had none then coworker mentioned the fridge. Finally got the hot roast beef sandwich...had oil no vinegar. Wanted plain doritos and yup out again. Last week same thing. I ended up getting what was available vs what I wanted. I know they can do better. Three customers walked out because they did not have certain products.
