The food was good and the service was great. We were greeted when we came in.

Food was served fast. I ordered a $5 biggie bag which turned out to be $8, but no big deal. After the biggie bag I wanted a bacon cheeseburger, but that's not what I got, even though it was still good. Employees wouldn't put the full name on the order when requested to. 4 stars for food, 4 stars for service, 5 stars for atmosphere.

My daughter likes Wendy's food but being without Frosties for over a week??? Opened my hamburger, charged over $26 for two medium combos for an adult and child but instead of lettuce leaf, slice of tomato and slice of onion..... I got two thin onion round pieces on a double hamburger. Outrageous price for minimum service at Smithfield shop. We don't go to Logan shop because it's older, run down and dirty. I only go back because my daughter likes Wendy's food tastes.

I love Wendy's fries! Always hot and fresh! However, I only gave a 4 because I do not like pickles on chicken.🤢 And I always forget that they put them on there now. Other than that it's a great place to eat. I've been eating here since they built this store. 23 or 24 years now?

We ordered online on their app and when we picked it up they told us they didn't have that kind of a specialty hamburger and offered to make another one, different style but then they didn't follow any of the instructions in the order or change the price.(No mayo, pickles, onions etc.) And although the french fries were nice and hot, they were very stingy filling the large size container.
