Easy in and out Business 70 in Smithfield right off the highway. Same lot as Panera if you want to grab delicious hazelnut coffee after eating.

Set up different than any other Arby’s I’ve been in. Pleasant atmosphere & service. Food was fresh & correctly made to order.

I came to the drive thru near closing, trying to grab supper for a family member. The staff were cordial and welcoming even that late in the workday. The food was hot, freshly prepared, and delicious. Can't believe they were smiling & gracious past closing time! Wonderful staff 😊👍

Traveling - only stopped to use the restroom and get cold drinks. Ladies restroom was very clean. Cash register must have been broken because the young lady who took my order whipped out her cell phone to use the calculator to figure out how much change to give me back - she couldn't do the math in her head nor had she ever learned how to count back change due. 100 - 55 = ?? - sorry state of our education system today - this is 1st grade arithmetic! The cashier was very sweet and apologized saying she wasn't very good in math. 😊

Went to Arby’s about 5:15, traffic extremely light. Had to wait a couple of minutes before drive-through staff was able to take my order. When I ordered I mentioned that I would like extra Arby’s sauce. When I got to the window I mentioned it again.
I was told to drive up and wait, they had to cook the fries. After my order was brought to the car, I headed home to eat with my wife.
Imagine my surprise when I opened the bag, and NO ARBY’s SAUCE! I could understand if they were slammed, but there was hardly anyone there.

The food wss great. However, you can't use a coupon more than once in the app. I wanted to get 6 classics on the 2 for $5 and could only get 2.

Store not bad but very hard to get to from i-95 south.. because of decided lanes and traffic circles that direct the heavy traffic into the outlet mall. Google maps does a really poor job at getting you to this location
